I found the staff to be quite friendly . the modern decor created a clean atmosphere throughout the hotel. the rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape with refreshing drinks. I especially appreciated this amenity after a long day.
i encountered limited luggage carts, requiring multiple trips to valet parking for my belongings. this was inconvenient, especially after a long journey.

the gym had a decent size, i guess.
The carpeted hallways smelled like pee, or something like that, it was really bad. i asked to change rooms, and the second room was not much better, so i bought cleaning stuff from cvs. also, there were no luggage carts. I had to make like three trips to my car.

The breakfast area offered many options, including fresh fruit and hot items. I found the coffee station to be quite convenient. my room had a useful kitchenette, complete with necessary appliances and utensils! the hotel's location allowed me to easily access nearby restaurants. It was quite convenient.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything on the wharf! the location made exploring so easy, and the wharf view from my studio suite was amazing. all the staff were so friendly.
the gym, while decent, needed more equipment, particularly free weights. i had to wait a few times to use the available machines because it gets quite busy during peak hours, it was a little frustrating.

The front desk staff offered quick assistance with directions. they were always available. Even during busy check-in times, the wait was minimal, which i really appreciated.

The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit, so delicious! the coffee was strong. A great start to my mornings exploring. a wide variety of teas was also available.

the rooftop pool had plenty of loungers and a shaded area. i noticed the pool towels were readily available. the business center offered computers, and printers. it was convenient for printing documents.

the location was acceptable, offering proximity to various restaurants.
the room was not cleaned one of the three days i stayed. i also noticed they did not take out the trash for two days in a room that had a kitchen. the breakfast area felt small during breakfast, i often struggled to find a table.

i liked its location on the wharf. the free public bus goes straight to the national mall, i found it very helpful. the hotel provide a wonderful breakfast buffet. the wait staff did a very nice job.
